Phoenix, AZ – Franco Vargas Killed in Motorcycle Accident at 22nd Pl and Southern Ave

Phoenix, AZ (February 23, 2022) – Franco Vargas was killed during a two-vehicle accident in Phoenix on Tuesday, February 22nd.

According to sources, the deadly crash took place at about 3:00 p.m. at the intersection of Southern Avenue and 22nd Place when a pick-up truck and a motorcycle collided with one another.  

Upon their arrival, emergency responders transported the motorcyclist, later identified as Vargas, to a local hospital where he died due to the severity of his injuries.  

Officials have ruled out speed and impairment as contributing factors in the crash.
