Phoenix, AZ (February 24, 2022) – One person was killed during a traffic accident on Interstate 10 in West Phoenix on Wednesday, February 23rd.
At about 9:00 a.m., police and paramedics actively responded to reports of a two-car collision in the westbound lanes of the interstate in the area of 75th Avenue.
Officials confirmed that at least one victim died during the crash.
The circumstances leading up to the accident were not made immediately available.
The area was shut down for several hours to allow for road clean-up and investigation.
We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim at this time.
To collect financial compensation for the wrongful death of a family member, a wrongful death claim can be made by a surviving parent, child, or spouse against the responsible company, person, government entity, or any responsible party that acted negligently, recklessly, maliciously, or in such a way as to cause the death of another person.
Wrongful death claims are typically associated with deadly accidents, like bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, car accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, or accidents involving defective products.
You may be entitled to collect damages for your damages. Some damages, such as medical bills and lost wages, are ubiquitous to wrongful death claims. Other damages, however, vary from claim to claim and are based on the claimant’s relationship to the deceased.
In order to understand what compensation you and your family may be entitled to, is important to have a reliable attorney on your side; one who is committed to advising and supporting you every step of the way.
