HomeBlogGlendale, AZ – Multiple Victims Injured in Auto Collision on Camelback Rd at West Loop 101

Glendale, AZ (March 21, 2022) – Arizona State Troopers along with fire crews from the cities of Phoenix, Peoria, and Glendale were dispatched for reports of a serious traffic accident with one vehicle on fire in the southbound lane of Camelback Road at the off-ramp for the West Loop 101.

Officers worked to close down the ramp as firefighters arrived on the scene.

Multiple people were transported from the scene. The exact number, however, has not yet been confirmed. At least one victim was in extremely critical condition.

Arizona DPS investigators are actively working to determine the cause of the collision.

Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families at this time. We hope for their full recovery.

Car Accidents in Arizona

The majority of auto accidents do not result in a trial or lawsuit. Both parties are usually keen to settle with their insurance carrier and are not eager to go to trial.

There are some situations, however, where a lawsuit is essential for collecting the compensation you are owed following an accident. This includes car accidents that are particularly tragic and caused the serious injury or death of a victim, or should an insurance carrier refuse to deliver a fair amount of financial compensation that will actually cover the victim’s damages.

Your insurance provider may depreciate the actual value of your damages or downplay the amount of coverage you deserve based on the circumstances of your accident.

When this happens, having an experienced lawyer in your corner that is able to negotiate with the insurance carrier and defend your rights is your best chance for getting the compensation you are entitled to.

Glendale Personal Injury Lawyers

Determining the exact cause of your crash is absolutely necessary if you plan to file an insurance claim for an Arizona car accident. Like many other states, Arizona adheres to fault laws when dealing with vehicle collisions, meaning that your Glendale car accident lawyer must show fault before you can file your insurance claim. Liability for a multi-vehicle accident could lie with one or even several different people based on the cause of your crash.

When an accident caused by someone else leaves you injured, you need to speak with a reputable attorney as soon as you can. Most car accident victims are awarded recovery intended to help mitigate the financial hardships caused by their injuries.
