Passenger Fatalities in Arizona
In almost all vehicle accidents, establishing which driver was at fault is of the utmost importance. When a passenger is injured, however, odds are the fault lies with the driver of their car, the driver of the other car, or some outside force or condition over which they had no control and, by extension, no legal liability.
For this reason, passengers generally cannot be held responsible for an accident. The important question for these victims is which person and/or insurance carrier is be responsible for their damages, including medical and hospital costs, lost income, pain and suffering, and other losses as well.
As an injured passenger, a car insurance carrier is sure to play a part in recovering financial compensation for your losses. The rules surrounding these sorts of accidents are complicated, so victims should consult an attorney as soon as possible after being injured as a passenger in a road accident.
