Anthem, AZ (May 04, 2022) – An SUV and a tanker truck were involved in a fatal collision on Monday, May 2nd just outside of Anthem.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety reported that the crash took place at about 12:25 p.m. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 17 near milepost 229 in Maricopa County.
One fatality was confirmed but authorities have declined to release any details. It is also unclear how many people were involved in the crash and whether there were any injuries.
We would like to offer our deepest condolences to the family of the deceased victim at this time.
When compared to a standard car accident, truck accident victims have higher odds of sustaining serious injuries or death. Either way, the financial repercussions will be staggering, making the skilled legal representation of a truck accident attorney a key component in protecting your legal interests.
Truck accident victims often accumulate massive medical bills, particularly if life-saving actions have been undertaken. Protracted hospitalizations, months of physical therapy, and other continuing treatments that have to be conducted while the injured party is unable to return to work will assuredly deepen an already dire economic situation.
In the event that a truck crash victim died, their loved ones will be left to mourn their personal loss, along with the loss of their income source, all while juggling exorbitant medical bills and burial costs.
If you were hurt in a commercial truck accident, contact our Arizona personal injury attorneys to schedule a free and confidential case assessment with a member of our law firm as soon as possible.
