Our thoughts are with the victims injured in this accident. We hope for their full recovery.
The majority of motor vehicle collisions do not result in a trial or lawsuit. Both parties are usually keen to settle with their insurance carrier and are not eager to go to trial.
There are some situations where a lawsuit is critical when it comes to collecting the compensation you are owed following a traffic-related incident. This includes car accidents that are particularly tragic and cause the serious injury or death of a victim, or should an insurance carrier refuse to deliver a fair amount of financial compensation that will actually cover the victim’s damages.
Your insurance provider may depreciate the actual value of your damages or downplay the amount of coverage you deserve based on the circumstances of your accident.
When this happens, having an experienced lawyer in your corner that is able to negotiate with the insurance carrier and defend your rights is your best chance of getting the compensation you are entitled to.
Determining the exact cause of your crash is absolutely necessary if you plan to file an insurance claim for an Arizona car accident. Like many other states, Arizona adheres to fault laws when dealing with vehicle collisions, meaning that your Pima car accident lawyer must establish fault before you can file your insurance claim. Liability for a rollover accident could lie with one or even multiple people based on what caused your crash.
When an accident caused by someone else leaves you injured, you need to speak with a reputable attorney as soon as you can. Most car accident victims are awarded recovery designed to help alleviate financial hardships caused by their injuries.
