In order to be awarded recovery for your losses in the death of a family member, a wrongful death claim can be brought by a surviving child, parent, or spouse against the responsible business, person, government entity, or any other individual that acted maliciously, negligently, or recklessly or behaved in such a manner as to cause the victim’s death.
Most commonly affiliated with deadly accidents, claims of wrongful death arise from incidents such as bicycle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, motorcycle accidents, workplace accidents, car accidents, or accidents involving faulty or dangerous products.
Surviving relatives might be eligible to collect financial compensation for their extreme loss. In Arizona, some damages, such as hospital bills and lost earnings, are fairly omnipresent in wrongful death suits. Some damages, however, vary wildly because they are specific to each claim and will rest primarily on the plaintiff’s familial relationship with the victim.
If you want to understand how much compensation you and your family could be entitled to, it is important to have a dependable attorney in your corner; one who is focused on supporting and advising you every step of the way.
