Prescott, AZ (April 6, 2022) – An auto accident reported in the Prescott area left two people seriously injured. At around 4:15 p.m., on April 5, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of an accident on Montezuma Street.

Reports from authorities show that a 1998 Dodge pickup truck was traveling north on Montezuma Street when it became involved in an accident with a 2006 Toyota Solaris. The Toyota then rear-ended a 2018 Jeep Wrangler.

The driver of the Dodge and the driver of the Toyota were both transported to Yavapai Regional Medical Center. Both victims were then airlifted from the hospital and flown to a hospital in Phoenix for further care.

The driver of the Jeep was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.

Our thoughts are with the victims injured in this accident. We hope for their full recovery.

Car Accidents in Arizona

Most motor vehicle collisions do not result in a trial or lawsuit. Both parties are usually keen to settle with their insurance carrier and are not eager to go to trial.

There are some situations where a lawsuit is critical when it comes to collecting the compensation you are owed following a traffic-related incident. This includes car accidents that are particularly tragic and cause the serious injury or death of a victim, or should an insurance carrier refuse to deliver a fair amount of financial compensation that will actually cover the victim’s damages.

Your insurance provider may depreciate the actual value of your damages or downplay the amount of coverage you deserve based on the circumstances of your accident.

When this happens, having an experienced lawyer in your corner that can negotiate with the insurance carrier and defend your rights is your best chance of getting the compensation you are entitled to.
