Establishing the specific cause of your car accident is absolutely vital if you intend on filing an insurance claim for a car accident in Arizona.
Like most other states in America, Arizona abides by standard fault laws where car crashes are concerned. This means that your Phoenix car accident attorney will have to prove fault before you will be able to file your claim. Liability for an accident can lie with one or even several parties depending on the cause.
Motor vehicle collisions take place for a wide variety of reasons. Outside influences, such as rough weather, often cause driving conditions to become perilous, and result in a driver losing control of their car. In many instances, at its core, a vehicle crash is really caused by the malicious, reckless, or negligent behavior of another motorist.
Taking into consideration the numerous modern technological advancements at our disposal such as car stereos with remote controls, cellular phones, and satellite navigation systems, there are more things to pull our focus off of the roadway than ever before. This means that drivers are paying less attention to their surroundings than ever before.
Inattentive driving and other kinds of careless behavior also result in drivers disregarding fundamental driving regulations and laws, causing them to blow through stoplights, drive dangerously fast, and even hit pedestrians, cyclists, and other vehicles.
Distractions, combined with human error and basic negligence, have caused an increase in Arizona’s annual number of vehicle accidents and an increase in the number and severity of injuries they cause.
Our Phoenix vehicle accident lawyers invest wholly in our clients and work hard to get them the full amount of compensation they are entitled to.
When an accident resulting from somebody’s negligence else leaves you with significant injuries, it is in your best interest to meet with a reputable personal injury lawyer as soon as you are able to do so. Most crash victims are awarded recovery that is intended to help mitigate economic hardships created by their injuries.
