Rear-End Accidents in Arizona

In a matter of moments, your entire life can change in a car accident that you literally did not see coming: A careless driver plowed into the back of your car, causing you serious injury, and leaving you with huge hospital bills, in pain, and out of work. The stress is unbearable and you have no idea who to ask for help.

In most instances, the driver of the striking vehicle is at fault in a rear-end accident. Common driver errors include:

  • Inclement weather
  • Poor judgment
  • Speeding
  • Drunk driving
  • Improper lane changes

Rear-end accidents often take place at intersections or on crowded highways. Even at relatively slow speeds, this type of collision can cause debilitating injuries to the neck and soft tissue of the occupants in the front vehicle. At higher speeds, the injuries they cause could be catastrophic and initiate a chain reaction crash, which can make your Phoenix car accident claim considerably more complicated.
