Motorcycle Accidents in Arizona

For a claim to see a successful outcome, it is important that you hire a motorcycle accident lawyer in Arizona that will be there to assist and advise you through every stage of the process.

There are several factors involved in motorcycle accident claims that tend to make them more complicated than other kinds of motor vehicle accidents

Some of the more problematic aspects of motorcycle accidents include:

  • Motorcyclists often face unjust stereotypes. Many insurance adjusters and jurors labor under the delusion that all motorcyclists are aggressive or wildly reckless drivers, subjecting them to the added obstacle of overcoming undue prejudice and making them work twice as hard to show they were not at fault
  • Motorcycle injuries are often more serious and more expensive to treat than those caused by other motor vehicle accidents
  • Motorcycle safety and helmet laws make some claims more difficult to handle. It is not uncommon for the other driver to use these laws to try to shift fault for the crash onto the motorcyclist.
