Phoenix, AZ – Jesus Quintanilla Killed in Bicycle Crash on 32nd St near Thomas Rd

Phoenix, AZ (April 3, 2022) – A bicycle accident reported on Saturday evening claimed one man’s life in the Phoenix area. At around 11:15 p.m., authorities were requested to the scene of a traffic collision on 32nd Street.

Reports from the Phoenix Police show that 66-year-old Jesus Quintanilla was riding a bicycle in the crosswalk near 32nd Street and Thomas Road during the evening hours. For unknown reasons, he was struck by a vehicle.

Quintanilla suffered severe injuries in the crash. EMS rushed Quintanilla to a local hospital, where he passed away from his injuries.
