Failure to Yield Accidents in Arizona

Failure to yield accidents are often devastating since the negligent driver typically strikes the driver or passenger side with great force. Between the unexpected impact and subsequent abrupt stop, neck, spine, and head injuries often prevail.

It is well-established that failing to yield the right of way is a frequent cause of many vehicle accidents. In addition to basic apathy or general ignorance of Arizona’s driving laws, there are several reasons why a driver may not yield the right of way.

For example, the at-fault driver may be:

  • Under the influence
  • Not paying attention
  • Inexperienced
  • Operating a vehicle with defective brakes

In the above scenarios, the motorist who failed to yield is responsible for the collision and, therefore, liable for any resulting damages. Our Arizona failure to yield accident attorneys will collect any evidence that confirms this liability.
