Motorcycle Accidents in Arizona

There are several factors involved in motorcycle accident claims that tend to make them more complicated than other kinds of motor vehicle accidents. Some of these aggravating factors include:

  • Motorcycle injuries are often more serious and more expensive to treat than those caused by other motor vehicle accidents
  • Motorcyclists often face unfair stereotypes. A lot of jurors and insurance adjustors labor under the inaccurate impression that all motorcyclists are aggressive or wildly reckless drivers, subjecting them to the added obstacle of overcoming undue prejudice and making them work twice as hard to show they were not at fault
  • Motorcycle helmet and safety laws make some claims more difficult to handle. It is not uncommon for the other driver to use these laws to try to shift fault for the crash onto the motorcyclist.

A dependable, experienced motorcycle injury lawyer can help you dispute these unfounded accusations to ensure that victims or their surviving family members get the compensation they are entitled to.
